● Reservations can be made up to the end of the month two months in advance.
・Phone reservations → Accepted from 11:00–17:00
・Online reservations → Accepted 24/7
※ Specific seating requests may not always be accommodated. Please understand this in advance.

● Age restrictions
・Guests must be middle school age or older and able to eat the same meals as adults.
If you plan to bring children, please contact us by phone.

● Changes to party size or time
・Depending on reservation availability on the day, changes may not be possible.

● Confirmation calls/emails from the restaurant
・As the reservation date approaches, we will call or email to confirm details. If we cannot reach you or if there are complex allergy concerns, we may unfortunately have to cancel the reservation.

● Failure to contact us after the reserved time may result in cancellation. If you’re running late, please call us promptly.

■ Dress code
● Smart casual attire is recommended.
Casual clothing (T-shirts, shorts, sandals, etc.) and strong perfumes are not permitted.

■ Smoking
● Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire premises, including near the entrance.

■ Allergies
● Please be sure to inform us of any allergies or food sensitivities of your companions.
● If not mentioned at the time of booking, changes on the day may not be possible; please understand this in advance.
● Our main dishes contain fish, pork, beef, and chicken. Additionally, please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities related to shellfish, dairy products, nuts, fruits, cilantro, cucurbits, etc.

■ Payment methods
● We accept credit card payments or electronic payments only. Cash payments cannot be accepted. Please be aware of this in advance.

■ Information from the restaurant
● The restaurant is located on the basement level, accessible only via stone-paved stairs; there is no elevator. Should you need assistance, our staff will gladly help you—please rest assured.

● 7 days prior: 30% charge
● 3–1 days prior: 50% charge
● Same-day cancellation: 100% charge
※ Starting 7 days prior, reducing the number of guests also falls under the cancellation policy. Please take note.
