**Announcements from the restaurant**
★ PORT TERRACE is a restaurant, café, and bar located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the lower levels of Kobe Port Tower (in the free-entry area). ★

**Reservations**
▶ Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat preferences.
▶ If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes after your reserved time, we may have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.
▶ We accept payments via credit card.
▶ For cancellations made the day before your visit, a fee equivalent to 50% of the reserved course price will apply.
▶ For cancellations on the day of your visit, a fee equivalent to 100% of the reserved course price will apply.
▶ Online reservations are available only for groups of 2 or more people. If you wish to make a reservation for one person, please call the restaurant directly.
▶ To make any changes to a reservation on the same day, please call the restaurant.

**Regarding allergies**
We strive to accommodate guests with allergies as best as we can.
Please inform us of any allergies at the time of booking.
However, since food is prepared in the same kitchen, there is a possibility of trace amounts of allergens being present. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
