Before your reservation
✅Access to the viewing area is via stairs only.
　Guests who have difficulty using stairs on their own cannot be admitted.
✅Use is limited to guests of elementary school age and older (elementary and junior high students must be accompanied by a guardian).
✅The event may be canceled without notice due to weather or other conditions.
　If the event is canceled, we will either refund the admission fee (￥1,000 per person) or transfer your booking to cocktail time at the main building’s 30th-floor restaurant, "GOCOCU" (after 21:00).

During your visit
✅As this is an outdoor facility, please wear a coat or other warm clothing.
✅Please refrain from bringing umbrellas or parasols.
✅Hats, scarves, and other items easily blown away by wind should be left in the lockers on the 30th floor.
　The hotel is not responsible for any damage caused by items being blown away or dropped.
✅Smoking, dangerous behavior, and bringing hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
✅For safety reasons, entry to areas other than the viewing facility is strictly prohibited.
　If you do not follow staff instructions, you may be asked to leave the viewing area.
✅For your safety, please refrain from lifting children onto shoulders or holding them in ways that may be dangerous during viewing.
✅If the weather changes suddenly or in an emergency, please follow staff instructions. If staff determine a situation to be dangerous, admission may be refused.
