Notice of change in restaurant business hours
◆For the time being, reservations for dinner will be required by 6:00 p.m. the day before.
▶Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for specific seats.
▶If you cancel or change the number of people on the day, the full amount of the reserved course or plan fee will be charged for the number of people.
▶If we do not hear from you within 30 minutes of the reservation time, we will cancel the reservation.
▶When we are busy, we may have a 2-hour limit.
▶If you are making a reservation with children, please let us know the age of the child.
▶Preschool children are limited to private rooms or hall seats on holidays and daytime.
▶TOKYO KAIKAN CLUB members must present their membership card before payment. Please note that points cannot be awarded after payment.
▶Due to credit card industry policy, identity verification by signature when using IC credit cards will be abolished from April 2025. You will be required to enter your personal identification number (PIN) when using, so please check in advance.
