Our shop features a Samoyed Café and a co-working space where you can watch Samoyeds through glass.
When making a reservation, please select either “Samoyed Café usage” or “Co-working space usage” to ensure you choose the correct option.

※ The co-working space accepts reservations for single guests only.

[About the Samoyed Café]
● Date and time changes are not possible after a reservation is confirmed.
If you wish to make changes, please cancel your current reservation and book again.

● All tickets are valid for one hour.
　※ This includes both entry and exit times.

● On weekends and holidays, reservations must be made for groups of two or more people.
Reservations for single guests cannot be accepted; please note this in advance.

[Entry requirements for the Samoyed Café]
Entry will be denied to anyone falling under the following categories.
Please note that no refunds will be issued under such circumstances.
(For the safety of both guests and Samoyeds, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.)

● Guests under the age of 15 accompanied by no adults
　※ Those accompanied by a guardian may enter. (Up to 2 children per adult.)
Please do not leave children unattended.

● Guests shorter than 110 cm in height

● Guests bringing pets

● Guests under the influence of alcohol

● Guests who have visited other animal cafés or pet shops prior to visiting our shop

● Guests with animal allergies

● Guests not wearing socks.
※ For those without socks, we sell them at the reception desk for 100 yen per pair.

[Instructions for using the Samoyed Café]
● Pregnant guests and those using crutches or walkers must exercise extra caution for their own safety.

● Even if you arrive late, the duration of your stay cannot be extended.

● Entry to the Samoyed area is permitted only after previous guests have left.
There is no waiting area, so please arrive approximately 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
