● If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes after your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.

● Children are welcome to enter, but only those who can order the same course as adults are permitted.

● For cancellations, the following fees will apply, calculated from the date of reservation:
48 hours prior: 50% of the reservation fee
24 hours prior: 100% of the reservation fee
※ Changing the reservation date also incurs cancellation fees according to the above criteria.
