When making a reservation, please provide your phone number and email address, as well as a local phone number and email address where we can reach you during your stay in Niseko.

Children may dine with us only if they are able to enjoy the same course menu as adults. Please order a course for each guest. Changes to the course cannot be accepted on the day of your reservation.

If you have any food allergies, kindly inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, please note that we are unable to offer vegan options.

Please understand that the menu may be subject to change depending on ingredient availability.

Our Cancellation policy is as follows:
Within 48 hours (2 days) of the reservation time: 100% charge
Within 5 days of the reservation date: 20% charge
（The same cancellation policy applies to any changes to the number of people made within 5 days of the reservation date.）

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Changes to the number of people or dates can only be made through this website.
Please cancel and make a new reservation.
Refunds may take several weeks to a few months to process, so we kindly ask for your understanding.
