- This website has limited reservation slots available between 6:15 PM and 8:45 PM.
If you are unable to make a reservation through the "Regular Reservations" section, we recommend using the "Pre-booking Waiting List" section.
*The 6:00 PM slot is nearly fully booked, so we recommend arriving after 7:00 PM.
*After 7:00 PM, when there are fewer reservations, we will accommodate customers who are early on in the "pre-booking waiting list." Even if you miss your turn, you can still be seated if you come.

To prepare for cancellations without notice or at the last minute, we ask that you enter your credit card information when making reservations for 8 or more people.
We will hold the credit limit of the card you enter as a "deposit", but after you arrive at the store, the "deposit" on your credit card information will be released and you will pay at the store.
*This is not a deposit. It is a deposit that guarantees your arrival.
*Debit cards cannot be used to make reservations.
*The deposit is 2,000 yen per person regardless of age.

[For groups of 8 or more, including children] In the unlikely event that a cancellation occurs outside the cancellation policy period, a cancellation fee of 2,000 yen per person or the course fee if a course is ordered will be charged.

A delay or cancellation certificate is required.

The following cancellation fees will be charged starting from the reservation date and time.

Cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation time: 100% of the fee
Cancellation within 72 hours: 50% of the fee
Cancellation within one week: 30% of the fee

The cancellation policy also applies to reductions in the number of people, regardless of age, so if you are unable to attend, please call the store at least one week in advance.

[Required] We are sorry, but customers who wish to make a reservation must order the shabu-shabu set for half the number of adults (18 years old or older). *Reservations are not required after 9 p.m.
This advance order is to avoid congestion in the kitchen due to large orders and to provide food smoothly.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your cooperation so that all customers can enjoy their meals comfortably.
