<Note> When using the “*Kanazawa Ekimae-Higashi Parking Lot (Municipal)”, please obtain a parking receipt on the 1st floor of the parking complex and present it to our staff upon departure.

【Cancellation Policy】
Please notify us of any cancellations or changes in the number of guests by the day before your reservation.
For cancellations or changes made on the day of the reservation, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes past your reserved time, your reservation may be automatically canceled.
