▶Regarding Reservations
・Reservations can only be made online. Phone reservations are not accepted, so please note this.

・Seating is limited to 2 hours per group; we may ask you to leave after that time.

・In cases of rain, after rainfall, high water levels, or when strong winds or typhoons make operating on the riverbed unsafe, we will close for business to prioritize customer safety.
Please understand that in such cases, reservations will be automatically canceled.

・For courses, we request that you order one course per person (for middle school age and above).

・If reserving for 5 or more people
Online reservations are limited to 4 people per booking. For groups of 5 or more, please make multiple reservations using the same name, email address, and phone number.

Please indicate “Total ○ people” in the remarks section for each reservation.

Please also note that tables accommodate a maximum of 4 people; thus, groups of 5 or more will be seated at separate tables. The arrangement of seating will be determined by the restaurant, so your understanding is appreciated.

▶There is no dedicated parking or bike parking for the restaurant; please use public transportation.

▶Regarding Seating
・We may be unable to accommodate special seating requests. Please understand this.

▶Regarding Cancellations
・If a cancellation or change in party size occurs, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount will apply if notified 48 hours prior to the reservation time, and 100% if notified less than 24 hours in advance.
※No cancellation fees apply if we must cancel due to adverse weather conditions.

・An reservation confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during booking.
To cancel or make changes, please follow the link provided in the reservation confirmation email.
