▶Regarding Reservations
・Reservations can only be made online. Phone reservations are not accepted, so please note this.

・Starting September 5, breakfast service will be offered in limited quantities.
・The riverside dining service for 2026 is scheduled to run until September 28.
・Seating time is limited to 2 hours; staff may ask guests to leave at that point.

・In cases of rain, after rainfall, high water levels, or when strong winds or typhoons make it unsafe to operate the riverside dining service, operations will be suspended to prioritize guest safety.
Please understand that in such cases, reservations will be automatically canceled.

・For course meals, please order one course per person (for middle school-aged guests and above).

・If reserving for 5 or more guests
Online reservations are limited to 4 guests per booking. For groups of 5 or more, please make multiple reservations using the same name, email address, and phone number.

Please indicate “Total of ○ guests” in the remarks section for each reservation.

Please note that tables accommodate up to 4 guests only; therefore, groups of 5 or more will be seated at separate tables. The seating arrangement will be determined by the restaurant, so please understand this in advance.

▶There is no dedicated parking or bicycle parking for the restaurant; please use public transportation.

▶Regarding Seating
・We may not be able to accommodate all seating requests. Please understand this.

▶Regarding Cancellations
・If a cancellation or change in guest count occurs, a cancellation fee will apply: 50% of the total reservation fee if canceled 48 hours prior to the reservation time, and 100% if canceled within 24 hours.
※No cancellation fees apply if we must cancel due to inclement weather or similar circumstances.

・An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during booking.
