Afternoon tea set reservations: 12:00, 12:30, 3:00, 3:30 P.M.
Seating is limited to 2 hours.
▶Please inquire by email or phone for a reservation of a party of more than 5.
▶Please inquire a reservation of a day before and on the same day.
▶Reservations require an order of an Afternoon Tea Set for each adult.
▶ Please let us know in advance if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.
We will not be able to change the ingredients on the day of your reservation./red>

▶Please note that it may not always be possible for us to meet your seating requests.
▶Please note that discounted plans can not be used in conjunction with other benefits / discounts.
▶Photos are images only. The menu items may change without prior notice depending on the supply and seasonal conditions.
▶The Lobby Lounge will ask all guests to enter their credit card information when making reservations. Credit card information will only be used to hold and guarantee your reservation and payment beforehand. Please pay the bill on the day at the restaurant.

Even for proxy reservations, credit card information is required to guarantee the booking. Inform your guests that they need to pay on the day of their visit.

<Cancellation Policy>
Please note that cancellation fees apply as follows if you cancel or change the reservation.
1. Cancellation two days before the reservation date: 50% of the course fee
2. Cancellation the day before: 70% of the course fee
3. Cancellation on the reservation date: 100% of the course fee
4. If you are late for more than 20 minutes without contacting us, it will be canceled.
