【Reservations】
▶ After a reservation is made, the date and time cannot be changed.
▶ All tickets are valid for a one-hour period.
　※ This includes the time you spend entering and exiting the facility.
▶ Those wishing to stay for more than two hours must purchase multiple consecutive time slots.
▶ Regular tickets can be reserved online from one month up to 15 minutes prior to the desired date and time.
　※ Advance payment is required at the time of booking.
▶ Private event plans can be reserved online from two months up to 15 minutes prior to the desired date and time.
　※ Although credit card information must be entered during booking, payment will be collected on-site upon arrival.
▶ Due to system limitations, customers wishing to book a private event plan must select “16 people” in the reservation form.

【Entry restrictions】
In the following cases, entry will be denied. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, so please ensure you meet all requirements.
(For the safety of both guests and Samoyeds, we kindly ask for your understanding.)
▶ Guests under the age of 15 are not permitted to enter.
　※ Entry is allowed if accompanied by a guardian. Please ensure children remain under parental supervision at all times.
▶ Guests under 110 cm in height are not permitted to enter.
▶ Pets are not allowed inside.
▶ Individuals under the influence of alcohol may not enter.
▶ Wheelchair users may enter only if accompanied by an assistant and provided they leave their wheelchair at the reception desk.

【Miscellaneous】
▶ Pregnant guests or those using crutches/walkers must take extra precautions to prevent injuries or accidents, at their own risk.
▶ Even if you arrive after your scheduled time, you must still leave by the end of your reserved time slot.
▶ Entry will only be granted after guests from the previous time slot have departed.
　There is no waiting area, so please arrive promptly at your scheduled time.

It is possible that your personal belongings or clothing may become soiled due to Samoyeds’ playful biting, excrement, or drool. There is also a chance that their teeth or claws might come into contact with you. We cannot assume responsibility for any injuries, damage, or soiling resulting from interactions with the Samoyeds. Therefore, please proceed with such interactions at your own risk, fully understanding these conditions.
