[Reservations]
▶ After a reservation is confirmed, the date and time cannot be changed.
▶ All tickets are valid for a one-hour period.
　※ This includes the time it takes for guests to enter and exit.
▶ Those wishing to stay for more than two hours must purchase multiple consecutive time slots.
▶ Regular tickets can be reserved online from one month prior to 15 minutes before the desired date and time.
　※ Advance payment is required at the time of booking.
▶ Private party plans can be reserved online from two months prior to 15 minutes before the desired date and time.
　※ Although credit card information must be entered during booking, payment will be collected in cash upon arrival.
▶ Due to system limitations, customers wishing to book a private party plan must select “16 people” in the reservation form.

[Entry Restrictions]
If any of the following apply, entry will be denied. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances, so please ensure you meet all requirements.
(For the safety of both guests and Samoyeds, we appreciate your understanding.)
▶ Guests under 15 years of age are not permitted to enter.
　※ Children may enter if accompanied by a guardian. Please ensure they remain under your supervision at all times.
▶ Guests under 110 cm in height are not permitted to enter.
▶ Pets are not allowed inside.
▶ Individuals under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to enter.
▶ Wheelchair users may enter only if accompanied by an assistant and provided they leave their wheelchair at the reception desk.

[Miscellaneous]
▶ Pregnant individuals or those using crutches/walkers must exercise extra caution to prevent injuries or accidents; this is done at your own risk.
▶ Even if you arrive after your scheduled time, you must leave by the end of the reserved time slot.
▶ Entry will only be granted after guests from the previous time slot have departed.
　There is no waiting area, so please arrive exactly at your scheduled time.

[Disclaimer]
It is possible that your personal belongings or clothing may become soiled due to Samoyeds’ playful biting, excrement, or drool. There is also a chance that their teeth or claws might come into contact with you. We cannot assume responsibility for any injuries, damage, or soiling resulting from interactions with the Samoyeds. Therefore, please proceed at your own risk after fully understanding these conditions.
