Between 18:30 and 20:00, it gets very crowded, so there may be a long wait time. We recommend making a reservation or visiting during earlier hours or after 20:00.

・It may be difficult to get through on the phone during business hours.
・There are 3 “Shimabutaya” locations within Onna Village. Please be careful not to make a mistake.

＜Important Notes＞
・If we cannot reach you 15 minutes past your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Traffic can often be heavy, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
・If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be seated based on availability.
・For reservations of 6 or more people (including children), credit card information is required.
・To avoid having to provide credit card details, if you make separate reservations or falsely state the number of guests, we cannot guarantee seating; please understand this in advance.

・The standard seating duration is 90 minutes.
・Changes to your reservation time on the day itself cannot be accommodated; please note this.
・We cannot assign specific seats; please understand this in advance.
・If children do not require a course meal, please indicate this in the request field.
・In cases of last-minute cancellations or no-shows, we may refuse future reservations; please be aware of this.
・When serving reserved guests, there may be a short wait time. However, the allotted seating time will not be shortened. We strive to seat everyone as quickly as possible, so we appreciate your understanding.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a “late arrival fee” will apply. This fee is 2,200 yen per person and will be added to your bill. Your cooperation helps ensure smooth operations and allows us to provide a pleasant dining experience for all our guests.

[Smoking Prohibited Throughout the Restaurant]
To allow guests to fully enjoy the delicious steam and aroma of seiro, smoking is prohibited throughout the restaurant. Families with young children are also welcome to enjoy their meals here.

A “deposit” will be reserved from the credit card you provide. However, after your arrival at the restaurant, this deposit hold will be released, and you’ll need to pay the bill on-site.

※ This is not a prepayment; it serves as a deposit to guarantee your reservation.
※ Debit cards cannot be used for reservations.
※ The deposit fee is 4,400 yen per person, regardless of age.
【Reservations for 6 or more guests (Deposit & Late Arrival Policy)】

For reservations involving 6 or more guests, a deposit of 4,400 yen must be paid.

If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time, your reservation will be canceled regardless of whether we receive contact from you, and the table will be made available to others.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, in addition to the meal charges, a late fee equivalent to 50% of the deposit (2,200 yen) will be charged.

If you arrive after tables have been released, seating can only be provided if there are available seats. In cases where all tables are occupied, we won’t be able to accommodate you; please join the waitlist at the end of the line.

※ Same-day changes to reservation times are not permitted.
※ This policy also applies to reductions in the number of guests, regardless of age.

Please note that cancellations due to disasters or natural events affecting transportation are exempt from our cancellation policy.
