Between 18:30 and 20:00, it gets very crowded, so there may be a long wait time. We recommend making a reservation and visiting either earlier in the day or after 20:00.

・ It may be difficult to get through on the phone during business hours.
・ There are 3 “Shimabutaya” locations within Onna Village. Please be careful not to make a mistake.

・ If we cannot reach you 15 minutes past your reserved time, we may have to cancel your reservation. Since traffic can be heavy, please arrive with ample time to spare.
・ If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you’ll be seated based on the order of arrival.
・ For reservations of 6 or more people (including children), credit card information is required.
・ To avoid having to provide credit card details, some customers attempt to make separate reservations or register an incorrect number of guests; however, we cannot accommodate such requests, so please understand.

・ In cases of last-minute cancellations or no-shows, we may refuse future reservations, so please be mindful.
・ When serving reserved guests, there might be a brief wait; however, the allotted seating time won’t be shortened. We’ll do our best to serve you as quickly as possible, so thank you for your understanding.
