✅ In accordance with our cancellation policy, we will hold an amount equivalent to the meal price as a deposit on the credit card provided at the time of booking. The hold will be released once the payment for your meal is completed.

✅ We accept reservations for children between the ages of 7 and 11. Please make sure to select a course labeled "For Children." We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept reservations for children under 6. Children aged 12 and above will be considered adults.

✅ Please note that reservations for only the children's menu are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.

✅ If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, it will be considered a same-day cancellation. We appreciate your cooperation.

✅ It is difficult to arrange taxis in Niseko during the winter, so we are unable to provide a taxi arrangement service. If needed, we recommend booking in advance.

✅ If Sushi Kato Hinzan Niseko is fully booked, please check the availability at Sushi Kato INORI. Reservations for INORI can be made here.

Reservation Notes:
Our cancellation policy is outlined below. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late for your reservation. If we do not hear from you and you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and we will charge 100% of the reservation amount.

・Cancellations made 10 days in advance: 50% of the course price
・Cancellations made 3 days in advance (72 hours before the reservation time): 100% of the course price

□ April – November
・Cancellations made 5 days in advance: 30% of the course price
・Cancellations made 3–4 days in advance: 50% of the course price

Due to ingredient procurement and preparation requirements, changes to the number of guests or reservation date may be subject to the cancellation policy and associated charges.
