■About reservations
Adult plan for 3 people or more
★When registering, first enter the number of adults and date, and the available plans and availability will be displayed.
If only child plans or option menus are displayed, this means that the number of registered adults is insufficient and you will need to increase the number of adults. Example: 2 adults and 1 child → The minimum adult plan required is 3 people, so if you register with 3 adults, the plans will be displayed.

・The all-you-can-drink plan will be the same for all adult guests.
・If you have minors, pregnant women, or drivers, you can change to an all-you-can-drink soft drinks plan.
Please enter the number of people and the reason in the comments section.
We will make the change after you register.
・Guests aged 6 and over must order a plan for the number of people.
・Optional menus cannot be used alone.
Orders made with optional menus only will be canceled.


■About Seating and Booths
・Each booth can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
*Please note that the number of booths available will be adjusted depending on the level of congestion and the number of children on the day.

*Please note that if you request to add more people, we will not be able to accommodate you if the booth is fully booked and we are unable to add more. We will adjust seating according to reservation status.


■Cancellation policy
・If you make a reservation for bringing your own BBQ ingredients
If you cancel after 6:00 PM the day before your trip, the full amount will be charged.

・If you order the BBQ Plan or Glamping BBQ Plan
There is no cancellation fee up to four days in advance.
A half-price cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel three days in advance.
A full amount will be charged if you cancel the day before or on the day of your trip.
*In the event of a typhoon, there is no cancellation fee up to two days in advance.

・The seats are equipped with tents to protect from the sun and rain, so the event will proceed as usual even if it rains.
*Please note that if the wind is too strong, it may not be possible to set up the tents.
We are flexible and willing to change the date to take rain into consideration if you contact us 2-3 days in advance.
We are unable to accommodate requests the day before or on the day itself, so please contact us as early as possible.


■ Regarding business suspension due to worsening weather (strong winds, etc.) and snow removal work due to snow accumulation on the upper floors
・Due to bad weather, the BBQ venue may be closed for safety reasons.
・If the weather worsens after you arrive and the venue is canceled, all fees paid, including usage fees, will not be refunded.
・If the venue is canceled, please reschedule your visit.
(In the event of a cancellation, a deposit will be collected in advance, which will be deducted from the next event.)
Thank you for your understanding in advance.
・In the event of a typhoon, there will be no charge if you cancel up to two days in advance, but a 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel the day before or on the day of the event.
