● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests. Thank you for your understanding.
● Depending on availability, parties of 2–3 guests may be seated at the counter.
● If we are unable to reach you and you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation time, we may have to treat the booking as cancelled. If you expect to be delayed, please contact us.
● For reservations of 15 or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly.
[Cancellation Policy]
※ Please notify us of cancellations or changes in the number of guests by the deadlines below (by 21:00 on the specified day).
※ Cancellation charges are applied as follows.
● Reservations for up to 4 guests
Previous business day: 50% Same day: 100% of private room fee and food charges
● Reservations for 5–9 guests
5 business days prior: 50% 3 business days prior: 100%
● Reservations for 10 or more guests
10 business days prior: 50% 7 business days prior: 100%
※ Same-day cancellations: 100% of private room fee and food charges
※ If a la carte vs. course menu has not been decided at the time of cancellation, a flat fee of ¥10,000 per person will be charged.

Private room fees vary depending on the room and the number of guests.
In addition to the reservation charges, private room fees and a 15% service charge will be collected on the day.
