About Reservations
●Important notices will be sent via short message to the mobile phone number you registered when making your reservation. (Please make sure to check the box to receive SMS regarding reservations.)
●This plan allows you to use the seats from 11:00 to 19:00. (*The price will not change even if you arrive late.)
●If the number of people visiting exceeds the number of people reserved, this will be considered as an unpaid use, and you will be required to pay a cancellation fee and will be refused entry. To ensure a pleasant experience, please make sure to make reservations/payments for the number of people visiting. (Children under 3 years old are free.)

About the parking lot and our facilities
●If there are too many cars for the number of people, we may have to decline your reservation. Parking fees from 7:00 p.m. onwards are 500 yen per 30 minutes.

Cancellation fees will be incurred as follows:
8 days or more before the date of use (reservation date) - No cancellation fee
7-4 days before - 20% of the amount used
3-2 days before - 50% of the amount used
The day before, on the day of the reservation - 100% of the amount used

In case of rain

Date changes are only possible if the weather forecast for the day of reservation (search for Sumoto City on Yahoo! Weather) predicts rain (precipitation probability 60% or higher).
If you change the date from the day of reservation to 2:00 p.m. one day before, there will be no cancellation fee.
If there is no alternative date, a cancellation fee will be charged, but if you make a new reservation within three months, we will fully recover the fee.
*SUP will generally be conducted rain or shine.
If we determine that it is dangerous due to strong winds or other reasons before the start of rental on the day, we will ask you to cancel and give a full refund.
