Hakkaisan Brewery, located in Minamiuonuma, one of Japan's snowiest regions and a place "beloved by the god of sake," draws its brewery from the underground waters of the sacred Mount Hakkai, known as "Raiden-sama no Shimizu." Using carefully selected sake rice and carefully handcrafted koji, the finest tools, and techniques honed through years of training, Hakkaisan is a beautiful sake born from the utmost care.
