【About Reservations】
◼︎ Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance (including closed days).
Reservation slots open daily at 00:00 (midnight).

◼︎ We do not accept reservations or hold requests for specific parfaits.
Orders are taken upon arrival, so if you have a preferred parfait, we recommend booking an earlier time.

◼︎ We are not a café.
We are a small fruit shop with only 4 counter seats.
We cannot accommodate more than this.

【On the Day of Your Visit】
◼︎ Your reservation is limited to 60 minutes (from entry to exit).
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notice, your reservation will be canceled.
If you are more than 5 minutes late, please call us (we do not accept contact via LINE).

◼︎ Entry is allowed only at your reserved time.
Please arrive on time.
As we are operated by only two staff, we use the time between reservations for preparation.
Even if seats are available, you cannot wait inside before your time.

◼︎ We do not provide water.
Non-alcoholic drinks may be brought in.
You may also bring drinks purchased from convenience stores.

◼︎ Due to limited space, we cannot store large luggage (such as suitcases).
Please use nearby coin lockers.

If you have allergies (gelatin, cream, specific fruits), please check Instagram highlights in advance.
Same-day cancellations due to allergies will incur a cancellation fee.

◼︎ Requests written in the reservation notes cannot be accommodated.
(e.g., specific parfait requests, changes in number of guests, candles for celebrations)

◼︎ Depending on availability, some parfaits may be sold out.
However, our main seasonal fruit parfait will always be available until the last time slot.
