▶We may contact you by phone regarding your reservation. (075-253-6290)
Please enter a mobile phone number that can be reached while you are out. If we are unable to contact you, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please understand.
▶If you need to cancel or change the number of people in your party, please contact us in advance by phone.
A cancellation fee of ¥8,800 per person will be charged for cancellations or changes to the number of people on the day of your reservation.
*The cancellation policy will change for the December Christmas course.
▶If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please contact us if you are going to be late.

▶Reservations can be canceled up to two days in advance. After that, cancellations can only be completed by phone.
