【Regarding Reservations】
▶ Reservations are available only for dining purposes. If you plan to visit just for desserts or coffee, please come in person.
▶ We cannot guarantee specific seating arrangements or window-side seats, so please kindly understand this in advance. If you prefer a window-side seat, please consider the “Guaranteed Window-Side Seat” plan.
▶ If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes after your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you’ll be late.
▶ During busy periods, the maximum stay at tables is limited to 90 minutes.
▶ There is a limited number of kids’ chairs available. We may not be able to accommodate all requests, so please understand.
▶ The safety of our guests is our top priority; therefore, we cannot make any changes to ingredients or recipes due to allergies. Please kindly understand this in advance.

【Regarding Bringing in Baby Food】
To ensure that children can also enjoy their meals, we offer baby food and kids’ menus.
・In general, bringing in outside food or drinks is not permitted.
・Only commercially purchased baby food may be brought in by guests with infants or toddlers.
・For reasons related to food hygiene, homemade baby food as well as other food or drinks cannot be brought in.
・Please be responsible for the quality control and storage of any baby food you bring in.
・Kindly take home any containers, packaging, or trash related to the baby food you bring in.
