Our restaurant operates on a reservation-only basis.
When making a reservation, please agree to the following terms and conditions.

-Regarding Reservations-
At Hatsune Sushi, we promise to devote our whole heart and soul to ensuring our customers have a comfortable stay. We also ask that all customers please read the following:

First, we require full prepayment. Please enter your credit card information on this page when making your reservation. Please note that we cannot offer refunds after a reservation is confirmed.Please also let us know in advance if the name on your reservation is different from the name of the person you will be visiting.
*Children must be junior high school age or older.

Second, transferring or reselling your reservation to another person is strictly prohibited, as it significantly damages the trust between us and our customers.

Third, Please be punctual on the day of your visit. Our restaurant seats up to eight people at the counter, so significant lateness will inconvenience other customers. Therefore, if you do not arrive within 20 minutes of the start time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, and your reservation will be canceled. Please be careful.

4. Our restaurant is a non-smoking restaurant. Smoking immediately before arriving (including iQOS) and leaving your seat to smoke after your meal (including iQOS in the restroom) are strictly prohibited.

5. We would appreciate it if you could only photograph food and staff. Please be considerate and avoid photographing customers.

6. Please refrain from bringing in drinks or other items. We only serve drinks that have been confirmed to pair well with sushi.

7. Please inform your companions of the above in advance.
