【Regarding Orders】
◆The order deadline is as follows:
　・Seasonal Fruit Shortcake: Until 5 PM, 3 days prior to your desired date of use
　・Chocolate Cake: Until 5 PM, 7 days prior to your desired date of use
◆Changes cannot be made after booking.
　If you need to make changes, please cancel your current reservation and make a new one.
　◆If you require more than one cake, please order them one at a time.

◆This product contains wheat, dairy products, eggs, sugar, seasonal fruits, etc.

　We cannot accommodate changes due to allergies, etc.

◆If you are staying at the hotel, please order via In-Room Dining, not for pickup at the Parade store.

◆If you already have a reservation at Parade or Ocean Milano and wish to use the restaurant,

please order using your reservation date, time, and name from the "Parade Restaurant" or "Ocean Milano Restaurant" category.

【Available Times】
■ In-Room Dining (Delivery to your room)
Only available between 17:00 and 23:00 while you are in your room.
*We cannot prepare your order if you are not in your room.
*Depending on the situation on the day, delivery may be approximately 10 minutes earlier or later than the time you specified.
■ Parade Store Pickup
11:00~19:00
■ Parade/Ocean Milano Store
Please select your existing reservation time at each store.

【Cancellation Policy】
100% of the fee will be charged from 17:00 the day before your reservation date.
