【About Orders】
Please order one course per person.
Some courses may not be available for same-day orders.

We can accommodate allergies and food preferences.
Please specify details in the request section.

On the day of your visit, it may take a considerable amount of time from ordering to serving.
Please inform us in advance once your course is decided.

All-you-can-drink plans are available for groups of four or more.
Please select both the course and the drink plan when ordering.

【Number of Guests】
Children under seven years old who will not have a course meal should be counted under “Children seven and under”.
Children who will have a course meal should be counted as Adults.

【Children】
Children are welcome including infants preschoolers and elementary school children.
Children’s menus are available.

On weekday evenings only children who order an adult course are permitted.

On weekends and public holidays a separate room can be provided for nursing or diaper changes.

Hot water for formula and children’s tableware are available.

Baby food and children’s meals require advance reservation.

【Payment】
Cash is not accepted.
Credit cards and electronic payments are available.

A ten percent service charge will be added during all business hours.

【Cancellation Policy】
Same day cancellations including reductions in the number of guests will be charged one hundred percent.

For seat only reservations
Same day lunch two thousand yen per person
Same day dinner five thousand yen per person

The same fees apply if the number of guests decreases on the day.

【Reservations for twenty or More Guests】
A reservation confirmation form must be signed via CloudSign or fax.

The reservation will be confirmed only after the form is completed.

Our concierge will contact you separately.

Cancellation fees
Three days before fifty percent of the total amount
One day before eighty percent
Same day one hundred percent

Fees apply even if the number of guests decreases.

Some courses may not be available in December due to peak season.

December only cancellation policy
Two weeks before thirty percent
One week before fifty percent
Same day one hundred percent
Reductions in the number of guests are also subject to this policy.
