Important Information and Guidance
Thank you very much for considering Ise Sueyoshi among the many dining options available.
As a chef’s dining experience limited to only 10 seats, we prepare each occasion with great care so that we may deliver to every guest, in a way only such an intimate setting can, the seasonal beauty and delicate refinement that represent the very essence of Japanese cuisine.

At our restaurant, all guests enjoy the course in a simultaneous-start format. We kindly ask that you be seated by your reservation time.

Reservation Information
・All reservation times are shown in Japan Standard Time (JST).
・When making your reservation, please select a “Kaiseki Course” for each member of your party.
・Advance payment is required in order to confirm your reservation.
・Any additional orders may be paid for at the restaurant on the day of your visit.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
・Reservations for “Vegetarian,” “Vegan,” “Flour-Free,” or “No Pork” requests must be made at least 5 days in advance.
・If you have any allergies, disliked ingredients, religious dietary restrictions, or ingredients you wish to avoid due to pregnancy, please specify the ingredient names in the “Request” field.

Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy
・Please note that arrivals more than 15 minutes after the reservation time will be automatically treated as a cancellation.
・Cancellation fee: 10% from 14 to 7 days prior / 50% from 6 to 4 days prior / 100% from 3 days prior to the day of the reservation

Age Policy
・The Chef’s Table is designed as an immersive dining experience for guests aged 18 and over.
Guests of school age (6 years old and above) up to 17 years old may be accommodated only in the private room and only with prior notice.
*Preschool children are not permitted under any circumstances.
Please also note that the same course as adults will be served, and we are unable to accommodate dislikes, portion adjustments, or other menu modifications.

Other Notes
・As we serve delicate kaiseki cuisine intended to be enjoyed through its subtle flavors and aromas, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing perfume.
