- About Reservations -
● Please make reservations for a private igloo or for one of our special set menus.
● For guests reserving only seats, a 10% service charge applies separately from consumption tax.
● For guests reserving a set menu, the price includes both consumption tax and service charge.
● An igloo is best suited for 6 people. If there are more guests, seating arrangements may be split; please note this in advance.

- About Our Special Set Menus -
● Please order sets according to the total number of guests aged 13 and above.
Guests aged 13 and above must order the same set menu as adults.
Children aged 12 and under should place individual orders.
● Pickup and drop-off services are available only for guests who reserve a set menu.

- About Pickup and Drop-Off Services -
● In some cases, multiple guests may share the same vehicle.
● We cannot provide pickup/drop-off services for locations requiring 30 minutes or more of travel time. In such cases, we may have to cancel your reservation; please understand this in advance.
● We aim to ensure guests arrive at their accommodation 30 minutes prior to their reserved time, though slight delays may occur; please bear this in mind.
● Upon arrival for pickup/drop-off, we will send a message via Instagram DM. Please enter your Instagram account details in the required field below.
● Please note that there may be waiting times during return pickups as well.

- Cancellations -
● If we cannot reach you 10 minutes past the scheduled pickup or reservation time, we may unfortunately have to treat it as a cancellation. Please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.
