This is a Japanese-style afternoon tea where you can elegantly savor autumnal delicacies such as sweet, nutty chestnuts, sweet potatoes, figs, and persimmons. Featuring rabbit-shaped sweets symbolizing the Moon Viewing Festival, as well as innovative desserts blending Eastern and Western elements—like “coconut jelly with amazake” and “blackcurrant kanten” generously topped with Shine Muscat grapes and other fruits—these treats are served on a special afternoon tea stand modeled after the hotel’s exterior. You can also enjoy creative hand-rolled sushi combinations such as prosciutto with figs and scallops with persimmons.

This Japanese afternoon tea allows you to enjoy the essence of Japanese summer with all your senses, featuring jellies modeled after the summer symbol "watermelon" and colorful three-color chilled somen noodles. New-style sweets that fuse Japanese and Western elements, such as peach and amazake jelly created by the head chef of Japanese cuisine Uemachi, and blueberry daifuku made by the pastry chef, are arranged on an original afternoon tea stand inspired by the hotel's exterior. We also offer refreshing sweets such as warabi mochi and mizuyokan, classic summer Japanese sweets, as well as kosode sushi topped with eel, recommended for combating summer fatigue.

We had suspended our Muslim-friendly menu, which we had offered since 2014, due to the spread of the new coronavirus. However, we are pleased to announce that we will be resuming the provision of our Muslim-friendly menu so that Muslims can enjoy their meals with peace of mind.
The Muslim-friendly menu we are now offering has been completely revamped and has received menu certification from the Japan Muslim Association, a religious corporation.
