●Reservations cannot be changed after they are made. If you wish to make changes, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.
●If you fail to arrive within business hours on the specified date without prior notice, your reservation will be automatically canceled and no refunds will be issued. Please note this in advance.
●Products cannot be delivered. They can only be picked up in-store.
●Orders made with the following menu items with prepayment by credit card cannot be changed or canceled. Please confirm the date, time, and quantity before making your reservation.
●Starting January 1, 2026,one paper shopping bag will be provided free of charge for purchases of ¥5,000 or more (tax included).
For purchases under ¥5,000, or if you require additional paper bags, the following fees will apply:

Paper bag (small): ¥200
Paper bag (large): ¥270
