Teppanyaki is served at a counter with only 10 seats, located in a corner of the Japanese restaurant "Kazahana".

We offer a selection of luxurious ingredients unique to Hokkaido, a treasure trove of ingredients.

For the main steak, we use Hokkaido-produced Kuroge Wagyu beef, "Shiraoi Beef".


It is characterized by its fine marbling and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.

The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness of the high-quality fat and rich umami flavor spread throughout.


This exquisite dish was highly praised by world VIPs at the 2008 Hokkaido Toyako Summit.
