At the Kamakura store, you can interact with two types of dogs: Samoyeds and Bichon Frises.

【Reservations】
▶ Once a reservation is confirmed, the date and time cannot be changed.
▶ Each reservation ticket covers a single one-hour slot.
　※ This includes the time you spend entering and exiting the store.
▶ Extensions are only possible if there is an available time slot afterward.
▶ Those wishing to stay for more than two hours must purchase multiple consecutive time slots.
▶ Regular tickets can be reserved online from one month up to 15 minutes prior to the desired date and time.
　※ Advance payment is required at the time of booking.

【Entry restrictions】
If any of the following apply, entry will be denied. No refunds will be issued in such cases, so please ensure you meet all requirements.
(For the safety of both guests and dogs, we appreciate your understanding.)
▶ Samoyed area: Guests under 15 years of age are not permitted to enter.
　※ Entry is allowed if accompanied by a guardian. Please ensure children remain under adult supervision at all times.
▶ Guests under 110 cm in height are not permitted to enter, even when accompanied by a guardian.
▶ Bichon area: Guests aged 3 and under are not permitted to enter, even when accompanied by a guardian.
　※ Guests aged 4 to 15 years may enter if accompanied by a guardian. Please ensure children remain under adult supervision at all times.
▶ Pets are not allowed inside the store.
▶ Individuals under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to enter.
▶ Wheelchair users may enter only if accompanied by a helper and after leaving their wheelchair at the reception desk.
Those wishing to enter while remaining in a wheelchair should visit the Machida store instead.

【Miscellaneous】
▶ Pregnant guests or those using crutches/walkers must exercise extra caution to prevent injuries or accidents; this is done at your own risk.
▶ Even if you arrive after your scheduled time, you must leave by the end of the reserved time slot.
▶ Entry will only be granted after guests from the previous time slot have departed.
　There is no waiting area, so please arrive exactly at your scheduled time.

【Disclaimer】
It is possible that your personal belongings or clothing may become soiled due to gentle biting, excrement, or saliva from Samoyeds and Bichon Frises. There is also a chance that their teeth or claws may come into contact with you.
We cannot assume responsibility for any injuries, damage, or soiling of clothing or personal items resulting from interactions with these dogs.
Please understand this and engage with them at your own risk.
