● For reservations of 9 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.

● Changes must be made by the day before (24 hours prior).
● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat assignments.
● Same-day cancellations and no-shows will incur the following cancellation fees.
※ Cancellation fees also apply if you make duplicate reservations at two or more restaurants but do not visit any of them.

Same-day cancellation: ¥5,000 per person
No-show: ¥10,000 per person

● If we cannot reach you 30 minutes past your reserved time, the reservation may be canceled automatically; therefore, please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.
● Online reservations can be made up until one hour prior to the scheduled date.

● At ‘Richoen’, private rooms are available upon request. Please make a reservation by phone in advance. (Private room fee: ¥11,000 including tax)
