• We are unable to accept seat requests via online reservations. If you particularly wish to reserve a private room, please contact us by phone.
• On busy days such as Fridays and the day before public holidays, we may ask you to vacate your table after 2 hours from your reservation time.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your reservation time without prior notice, your reservation may be cancelled.
• Reservations for 13:00 will be seated at 13:15. (Note: on weekdays we close at 14:30.)
• For cancellations made on the day of the reservation, a cancellation fee will apply: lunch ¥2,000 per person and dinner ¥5,000 per person. (During the Christmas period 12/22–12/25, lunch cancellation fee is ¥4,000 per person; dinner cancellation fee will equal the price of the reserved course. Please note.)
• Children may be accepted only if they are junior high school age or older and can eat a full course meal by themselves.
