■Reservation Information
- We are unable to accommodate seating requests.
- Reservations are only accepted for customers who can order one drink and one food item.
・We ask that you limit your group to 10 people.
・If you have children, please also enter the number of children.
・A separate service charge (10%) will be applied.
・Pets are only seated on the terrace.
・Terrace reservations will be canceled in the event of rain or strong winds.

■Information about bringing pets
・Please make sure your pet's cage or bag is closed when entering the restaurant, as you will have to walk through the interior of the restaurant.
・Please refrain from placing your pet directly on the chairs or sofas.
・If your pet makes an accident, please clean up after yourself.
・We do not provide pet supplies or offer any pet menus.

■Information about cancellation fees
・Please notify us of cancellations by 5:00 PM the day before.
・Your reservation will be automatically canceled if 15 minutes have passed since your reservation time.
・We will charge 100% of the reservation fee for cancellations made on the day of your reservation, regardless of the circumstances (¥4,000 per person for seat-only reservations).
