About Reservations
●Reservations for cafe-time dine-in are currently only available for customers using the Afternoon Tea Set.
Seats are guaranteed only for customers arriving by 13:30. Customers arriving after that cannot reserve seats, but only the Afternoon Tea Set can be reserved. If desired, please select 14:00–17:00.
●Reservation period: From the 25th of the previous month until 12:00 the day before your visit.
●Only customers of junior high school age or older are allowed.

●Message plates are available. Please enter your request in the “Request” field. *Only simple text or symbols are accepted. Long messages or drawings are not supported.
If ordering multiple items, please specify which item the message should be added to.

Seating Information
●We do not accept seat requests. All guests are treated equally.
Seats are assigned based on number of guests and reservation order. We cannot accommodate requests even if written.
●Maximum 6 guests per group. Groups of 7 or more are not allowed.
Requests such as “separate reservations seated નજીક each other” are not accepted.
●During busy times, seating is limited to 70 minutes per group.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in giving up your seat to waiting customers.

Cancellation / Changes
※Frequent cancellations or changes may inconvenience other customers. Please refrain.
●Changes and cancellations must be made by the customer via the online reservation page within the allowed period. Not accepted by phone.
●Please cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation time. Not accepted by phone.
If canceled after the deadline, 100% of the order amount will be charged.
●On the day of your visit, additional orders are allowed, but menu changes or cancellations are not possible.

●Payment is made on the day at the store.
For lunch course, afternoon tea, and anniversary cake reservations, a small amount (200 yen) is held to verify your card and will be refunded after your visit

The credit card information entered at the time of reservation is temporarily held to guarantee the booking. Please pay for your food and drinks at the store.
The held amount will be refunded within a few days to several weeks depending on your credit card company.
However, for debit or prepaid cards, the amount is deducted immediately at the time of reservation and will be refunded later.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
*If the refund is not processed after some time, please contact your credit card company (the store cannot confirm refund status).
