Important Notes
● Each session lasts for “one hour, including entry and exit.” Even if you’re late, extensions won’t be allowed.
● Our shop operates on a strict rotation system. Guests will be ushered in starting 5 minutes prior to their scheduled time. There is no waiting area; guests must line up outside before entering. Guests must leave 5 minutes before the session ends.
● On certain days, depending on the Samoyeds’ circumstances, they may not be present at the shop or there might be fewer of them. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
