▶Schedule for the Day
●For Visiting Guests
Please arrive at the front desk at your scheduled appointment time.
After your arrival, you will have a hot bath (approximately 30 minutes) and a consultation before your treatment begins.
●For Hotel Guests
Please proceed directly to the spa room (3rd floor) at your scheduled appointment time.
Please take a bath in the large public bath or your room before arriving.

*After-treatment drinks will be provided after your treatment.
Please plan your stay to last approximately 30 minutes before and after your treatment.
*If you arrive late for personal reasons, your treatment time may be shortened. Thank you for your understanding.

▶Items to Bring on the Day
Basic skincare products will be provided for facial treatment guests.
Makeup products are not provided, so please bring your own if necessary.

▶About Names When Booking
If the person receiving the treatment is different from the person making the reservation, please enter the name of the person receiving the treatment in the request field.
If there are multiple people using the service, please also enter the names of your companions in the request field.
*Male guests are also welcome.

▶Spa Etiquette
To respect our guests' privacy and maintain a quiet and relaxing environment, we ask that you please set your cell phone to silent mode and refrain from making calls in the treatment room.

① Due to the size of the treatment room, a maximum of two people can be treated at a time.
② Only those 18 years of age or older are permitted.
③ Please refrain from consuming alcohol before or after your treatment.
