■Cancellation Policy
-If you cancel after 9:00 p.m. on the day before the event: 100% of the treatment price
-Cancellation without notice: 100% of the treatment price

■Staff Reservation Fee
From April 1, 2025 (Tue.), staff reservation fee of 1,500 yen will be charged if you would like to nominate a therapist.

■Other Notes
-Please inform us if you have any medical conditions or prescription medications.
-Please inform us if you have any allergies or sensitivities, and if you are pregnant.
-A 5-minute foot bath is included in the treatment.
-Smoking is not allowed in the spa for the comfort and convenience of all guests. Also please set your mobile phone to the silent mode.
-We are not responsible for lost and damaged baggage.
-Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time for pre-treatment counseling.
-As spa opened at 12:00 pm, so if you have a 12:00 pm appointment, please arrive exactly on time.
-If you arrive late, we will make every effort to complete your treatment, but we may have to cut your treatment short in some cases. In that case, the full treatment fee will be charged.
-Because of the quiet atmosphere of our spa, the minimum age for spa treatments is 18 years old. Please contact the spa for details.
-If you would like more than one course for one person, please fill out this request in the “Requests” box. （Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.)
-This is not a massage under the law concerning anma, shiatsu, acupuncturist, moxibustion therapists, etc.
-Taxes and service charges are included in the listed prices.
