[Reservations and Usage Information]
◾︎Reservations are accepted for groups of 2 to 6 people. Perfect for groups, families, and couples. *Due to system limitations, please contact us via our official LINE account or by phone for groups of 3 or more.

◾︎Please wear a swimsuit when using the sauna. Rental swimsuits are also available. If you bring your own, please be aware that there is a risk of burns if the swimsuit has metal fittings.

◾︎Amenities are fully provided, so please come light. Please bring anything you need, such as makeup touch-ups.

◾︎Entry is permitted 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Please open the door and enter when your time arrives.

[Payment Information]
Prepayment is required. If you would like to pay on the day, please contact us via our official LINE account or by phone.

[New Year's Holiday Business Hours]
*New Year's holiday prices will be applied from December 30th to January 3rd (a 10% surcharge will be applied to the menu prices).
*Members are not eligible for membership benefits on these days, so standard New Year's holiday prices will be applied.
The difference will be charged on the day of your reservation.

[About Changes and Cancellations]
◾︎If you will be more than 10 minutes late for your reservation due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that if you arrive after your reservation time, your reservation time may be shortened or we may not be able to accommodate you.

◾︎To change or cancel your reservation, please contact us by 9:00 PM one week prior to your reservation. *Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged after this time.

[About Cancellation Fees]
◾︎If you cancel between one week and three days prior to your reservation, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
◾︎If you cancel the day before or on the day of your reservation, a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
