- About Advance Reservations -
● Advance reservations are accepted one month in advance and can be made up until the day of your visit.
● Refunds are not accepted for prepayments after reservations have been made. Please note.
● If there are openings on the day, you can enter without a reservation, but prices will vary, so we recommend making a reservation.
● Changes to the number of people or time of your visit are not permitted after booking. Due to the specifications of our reservation system, we are unable to restore a reservation that has been canceled. Please make sure you understand all of this and make your reservation carefully.
●We do not allow children under elementary school age to enter the store. Please note that even if you make a reservation and show up on the day, you will not be able to enter.

- Important Notes When Visiting -
● If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation.
● The time limit is one hour (including entry and exit). Late arrivals will not be extended.
● Our shop operates on a 1-hour rotation system, with no waiting area. Guests must line up outside before entering. Guests must leave 5 minutes before closing time.
● To ensure the comfort of our Samoyeds, please refrain from wearing perfume or strongly scented hair products on the day of your visit. Also, video streaming without permission is prohibited. Please cooperate as other customers' faces may be captured on video.
● Slippers are shared within the shop. Therefore, please refrain from coming barefoot and wear socks.
● Please be sure to read the terms and rules before enjoying your stay.
●We also offer private rental plans. The rate is 75,000 yen per hour on weekdays, and 102,000 yen and up on weekends and holidays.

●Although our concept is a Samoyed cafe, unlike your average cafe, our main focus is on interacting with Samoyeds.
