*Please be sure to check the following before making a reservation.
■ Usage Hours/Reservation Rules
- Our store operates on a one-hour timetable (including entry and exit).
- Once a reservation is confirmed, we cannot change the date and time, cancel, or offer refunds.
- We cannot extend the end time even if you arrive late.
- Reservations can be made up to 1.5 months to 15 minutes in advance.
- If we are unable to contact you after 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
- For reservations for 9 or more people, please contact the store directly.
■ Admission Restrictions
*To ensure the safety of our customers and Samoyeds, admission will be denied if any of the following conditions apply.
・Persons under 15 years of age are not permitted to enter alone.
*Parents are permitted (parental supervision is required).
・Persons under 110cm tall are not permitted.
・Pets are not permitted.
・Persons under the influence of alcohol are not permitted.
・Wheelchair users: Only permitted if accompanied by a caregiver and if the pet can be left at the reception desk.
■ What to Do on the Day of Your Visit
・We operate a 10-minute rotation system.
・Guests will be seated 5 minutes prior to their reservation time.
・Please arrive exactly on time as there is no waiting area.
・We will notify you 10 minutes before the end of the session.
・Depending on the Samoyed's health, there may be fewer or no Samoyeds present.
■ Precautions/Disclaimers
・Pregnant women and those using canes or crutches are advised to exercise caution at their own risk.
・Samoyeds may bite, drool, or leave their waste on your clothes or personal belongings.
・We are not responsible for any injuries or damage to clothing or personal belongings that may occur during interaction.
・Please understand and use the facility at your own risk.
