The basic seating time is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
If you are unable to make a reservation, we recommend using a fast pass. Alternatively, please come in person. We serve customers on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the restaurant is very busy between 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM, so wait times may be long.
We recommend arriving early.
There are three Shimabutaya restaurants in Onna Village. Please be careful not to make a mistake.
