● Our restaurant is located in the center of the restaurant floor. It does not face the harbor; therefore, if you prefer a seat with a view of the sea, please make a reservation at THE HARBOR PLACE, which is adjacent to us.

● Please note that we may be unable to accommodate requests regarding seat preferences.

● If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes after your reserved time, we may have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.

● Same-day cancellations incur a 100% cancellation fee.

● If online reservations are unavailable, please call us as there may still be seats available. (For groups of 9 or more, please contact the restaurant directly.)

● Please note that seating durations are limited to 90 minutes for lunch and 2 hours for dinner.

For course reservations only, we can accommodate allergy requests if notified by 21:00 the day before your visit. (This service is not available for à la carte orders.)

Please note that we do not separate cooking areas, utensils, or frying oil for allergy management purposes.

※ Unfortunately, for lunch buffets or BBQ reservations, we cannot provide any allergy accommodations whatsoever. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
