- Afternoon Tea Reservations: Up to 30 days in advance
- Dinnertime Reservations: Up to 30 days in advance
- Private Room with Terrace: Up to 60 days in advance
- Main Floor/Entire Building Reservations: Reservations accepted up to a year in advance
● Bringing Children
- Afternoon Tea Reservations: Children are welcome
- Dinnertime Reservations: Only for guests aged junior high school and above
*Children are welcome in private reservations.
● Dress Code (Dinnertime only)
Please refrain from wearing overly casual attire such as sandals, tank tops, shorts, etc.
● Seating Reservations (Information about Paid Seating)
- If you would like a seat with a special location or decoration (priority seating), an additional fee will be charged.
- Seat requests will be accommodated for a fee depending on the details you specify.
* If no requests are made, no fee will be charged.
● Smoking Information
All seats are non-smoking.
● Number of guests for private events (guideline)
- Private room with terrace: 8 guests and up
- Entire main floor: 30 guests and up

● Cancellations and changes in guest numbers
- Changes can be made up to the day before.
- Cancellations or changes in guest numbers on the day will incur a cancellation fee.
- For group reservations of 6 or more people or private events,
the above conditions will change, so please inquire.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late,
we apologize for the inconvenience.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late without contacting us,
a cancellation fee will be charged.
