■Rules for using our restaurant■
【Kyo-ryori Aun is a Japanese restaurant that values aroma. 】
▷ Please refrain from wearing perfumes.
▷ Smoking is prohibited during your stay, including on the street.
The scent reaches your next seat more than you think.
Smoking on the street or in common areas of the apartment is a nuisance to neighbors.
Please make a reservation after understanding.

■Cancellation policy■
▷If you cancel on the day or change the number of people or schedule, we will charge 100% of the course fee and table fee for any reason, regardless of whether you contact us or not.
【Your registered credit card will be charged.】
We are preparing the ingredients and seats, so thank you for your understanding.

■Reservations■
▷Children must be over 10 years old, and Only children who can calmly eat the same course as adults are welcome. (Infants not allowed.)
▷A credit card is required to make a reservation.
※Debit card not available.

Permintaan

Would you like a celebratory plate? (500 yen per plate)
It's a simple dish where you put the course dessert and ice cream on a plate and write a message on it.
*As all seats are counter seats, we cannot provide surprises.
You are not allowed to bring in cakes, etc.
*We can't accept reservations for those who fall under the following ① to ⑥.
① Those who are vegetarian.
② Those who cannot eat seafood in general.
③Those who have many foods that they don't like.
④ Those who need to use different seasonings/frying oil/cooking utensils. (severe allergies)
⑤ Those who need salt adjustment.
⑥Those who cannot eat alcohol contained in seasonings such as cooking alcohol.

If you have any allergies or food intolerances, please check with your companions and fill them in clearly.
(ex) 1 person cannot eat sashimi, everyone cannot eat meat, and please also tell us the types of shellfish that are not allowed. (shrimp, crab, sea urchin, shellfish, squid, etc.)
→Basically, we will prepare alternative ingredients, but depending on the ingredients, we may omit them or use the same ingredients.
*We cannot respond to sudden requests on the same day.
