[Important Notes Regarding Food Allergy Management at Hotel-Operated Facilities]
* Dishes offered as "Food Allergy-Friendly Menus" will focus on the eight specified allergens (※1) that are required to be labeled (eggs, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, shrimp, crab, and walnuts).
* For other allergens, we will provide support to the extent possible within the scope of our knowledge.
* (※1) On April 1, 2026, "cashew nuts" were added to the list of specified allergens, bringing the total to nine. However, since there is a grace period for labeling until March 31, 2028, and ingredient confirmation is not possible, we will stick to eight items.
* For buffet restaurants, bars, lounges, and banquet buffets, we will inform you of dishes that use the eight specified allergens (※1).

* "Food Allergy-Friendly Menus" are prepared in the same kitchen as other dishes containing allergens, and the same cooking utensils and washing equipment are used. Therefore, there is a possibility of allergen contamination. Furthermore, when serving buffet-style dishes, the tongs and tableware used are the same equipment used for multiple dishes that may contain allergens.

Please be aware that cross-contamination (*2) may occur if customers use the same tongs to take multiple dishes, and that tongs and tableware may come into contact with foods containing allergens.
