This item will be delivered to your room at Hotel Europa.

Please be sure to read the following notes before proceeding with your application.

▶Application Requirements
Online applications for anniversary items are only available to guests with a reservation at Hotel Europa.
Please note that we will not accept your application if we are unable to confirm your stay.

▶Application Deadline
Cake orders must be placed by 4:00 PM three days prior to the date of your reservation.
*During hotel closures, orders for the three days following the closure will be accepted by 12:00 PM the day before the closure begins.

▶Number of Guests
Due to system limitations, you can only select "1 person" as the number of guests when applying online. We will provide enough tableware for the number of guests on the day of your reservation.

▶Changes cannot be made after a reservation has been made. If you wish to make changes, please cancel and rebook.

▶Payment
Payment in advance (credit card) via TableCheck is the only accepted method. (Payment is due upon reservation completion.)

▶Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees for cakes are as follows:
└After 5:00 PM the day before your reservation...100%

▶Delivery Time
Please specify a delivery time during which guests will be in their rooms.

▶Surprise Information
If you are arranging a surprise for a companion, please enter their name in the request field.
We will make every effort to avoid contacting the front desk to confirm your request.

▶Cake Information
Please consume cake on the day of your reservation.
In addition, take-out is not permitted due to food hygiene concerns.

▶Arrangements Other Than Cake
Only cakes are accepted for anniversary items via the online order.
