Enjoy bold and vibrant summer flavors with dishes such as couscous brimming with summer vegetables and osso buco, each capturing the richness of the season’s bounty.
For dessert, indulge in a refreshing array of summer fruits, including melon, peach, cherry, apricot, and mango. The live dessert station features a delicately balanced shaved ice made with Japanese mango and passion fruit—a delightful way to savor the sweetness of sun-ripened fruit.
